DSS: Constitutional Court on government's side
Petar Petkovic, spokesperson of the opposition Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS), stated on Monday that the Constitutional Court of Serbia is on the side of the government as it has not said anything about the DSS proposals to reconsider the constitunality of the Brussels agreement between Belgrade and Pristina.

Petkovic said that President of the Constitutional Court Dragisa Slijepcevic should resign as he acts as the government's marionette. "Instead of doing its job, the Court will remain silent until the local elections in Kosovo-Metohija end that is until all agreements reached in Brussels are put in practice," Petkovic said at a press conference. Petkovic said that Slijepcevic's explanation that the Court had only a temporary break in the process of assessment of the Brussels agreements is an offence for the legal profession and the legal order of the country. Petkovic said that Slijepcevic tried to hide his non-action by a gross untruth claiming that the DSS was in power when the decrees on the integrated management of the border were passed.
