Tadic to celebrate Orthodox Christmas in the Visoki Decani monastery
Serbian President Boris Tadic will celebrate Orthodox Christmas in the Visoki Decani monastery in Metohija, the western part of Kosovo.

The monastery of Visoki Decani, one of the jewels of Serbian Orthodox medieval architecture, was attacked by mortars launched by Kosovo Albanian extremists on four different occasions, the last time in March 2007.
The 14th century monastery is now under the protection of Unesco.
