"Our view that the agreement does not guarantee even a minimum of conditions for the survival and stay of Serbs in Kosovo has not changed," Nedeljkovic told TV Most, a broadcaster based it the northern Kosovo town of Zvecan.

He expressed the hope that he will have the support of Aleksandar Vulin if he decides to return to the position of head of the government's Office for Kosovo, after resigning from that position a month ago because he disagreed with the signing of the agreement between Belgrade and Pristina in Brussels.

"We have calling for his return so that we do not have to implement the Brussels agreement, but rather continue with the realization of the projects already started," said Nedeljkovic, adding that "Serbia stopped funding us and there is not a project being implemented right now."

"This has to be done on two tracks - by creating preconditions for the survival of the citizens in this territory and by leading a peaceful, political battle to stay in the Republic of Serbia," said Nedeljkovic.
